"We use Pazo to get operational consistency across 600+ stores" What do you like best? Digital process augmentation for all hierarchies, regions, & processes. We have more than 600 stores across COCO & FOCO who use Pazo seamlessly. Support team is always available on email and WhatsApp. What do you dislike? Re-training everytime we add new members into the organization. Not necessarily a pazo problem but upskilling is required. Recommendations to others considering the product: Awesome product, go for it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Retail execution visibility across hierarchy, super ease in reconciliation of work done alongside vendor, monthly reports being sent to franchise owners, proactive store maintenance thanks to redflags of Pazo processes.
