Pros: The software is not only easy to use, and basically unbreakable, it is accessible almost anywhere. Hours have been saved thanks to the software. This is hands down the best software that i've ever used in my company. Cons: Minor gripes about the interface and specific features that could be easily fixed. Currently running an older version, so 2016 may fix some of them
