Bought an ark server from them. Got it loaded up and modified how I want. It worked for about 10 hours then stopped for no reason. I attempted to restart it and it refused to fully load. Opened a support ticket. 14 hours go by and the server still isn't working and 2 different support people have only offered non-incriminating solutions to my problem (solutions that imply that how I set up the server broke it not how they manage them, even though the server ran fine for a period of time with my modifications). After the second response from support not helping I asked for a refund since my server had been unavailable to play for 70% of the time I had owned it and if that was indication of future service I didn't want to continue. 3rd and final support tech responds that they have issued me a refund and banned me for asking for one. Tl;dr sold me a server that didn't work the majority of the time I had it and when I asked for a refund they banned me Also the interface for changing server configs and interacting in general with your server at a technical level are terrible or non existent.
