Hosting is good. Plans are competitively priced. Shared hosting can be a little slow at times, but that's not unexpected from a shared hosting plan. My only real complaint is that their admin utilities could be beefed up a bit. They are not always intuitive, and lack some of the fine grain controls that I would see on other hosts.
