"Syncro works great for my small business" What do you like best? I really like that it's pretty much a glorified version of RepairShopr. I used to use that platform, but decided I wanted to offer my customers a little more. It's affordable and I really like how the invoicing is integrated with the MSP side of things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike? Other solutions offer better remote management tools and monitoring. It seems that I have to manually update patches. It could have a better way of reporting the systems that need updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I like that I can message a customer and say, "hey, I noticed that ____. Do you need assistance?" And then turn that into a sale.
