BEWARE: Their customer service basically is non-existent. It took me two weeks to resolve an issue because they were not sending bills to the right e-mail address. After promising to send it to the right one, they never did. I finally had to schedule a call with one of their agents that was spamming me. Their agent, Stephanie called me up all giggly. What is so funny about me not being able to access data or get through to anyone in 2 weeks? She then told me she will waive the credit card processing fee and later that night declined to do so. Horribly company. Horrible customer service. There's plenty of suitable competitors out there to get your data from. No one needs to tolerate how they do business.
