For more than 5 years I was with them for most of my customer's website and email needs, and in these 5 years, the service and product continually went down. Server error, email error, double invoicing, double charging the credit card, my website down for days...not hours, and so many others. They offer a tool called Weebly (App to help you built your web page) they charge $$ for this service but do yourself a favor, keep it simple ...they will screw it up and will have very little help if none at all. I have lost hours fixing issues they couldn't, redoing the page differently. Transferring your domain takes 24h to 48h if you give them a good reason or good comment, 7 to 10 days if you tell them they're not doing a good job. That is base on 4 domain transfers with them. The first 3 went really fast under 24h, because I lied and told them it was a customer decision. On the last one, I told them the real reason I was moving out of their server. I received this answer "The process may take up to a week!" My worst was in December 2020 it took them 11 days to find out why my website was not showing to more than 80% of my customers, Their response was "Well it's working here" until they decide to switch the server. And then, I couldn't change anything on my webpage as the changes were for the old server...so I couldn't update my page. Don't believe the chat room, it says "response is immediate" not true...far from it. Technical service is a little faster with email but...very cryptic and you often have to explain yourself with 2 or 3 responses before you get some result. There interface for managing your product needs work. Not the best user-friendly interface I have seen, with lots of "going in circle".
