As per my opinion about Hostripples, the good thing is that, their highly experienced technical ticket support and Live chat support. The most helpful method to get questions answered quickly and effectively. The other better thing for me that, their support helped me when I messed up my sites. Previous hosts I used just answered 'Its your problem, you have to solve the it', but Hostripples support takes just a deep breath and gets me out of my self-inflicted problems. I am using Hostripples since last 2 years for multiple sites with shared hosting plans and can say that I never regretted it for one minute to have made the switch. Hostripples is one of the most reliable and affordable solutions on the global market. Highly recommended!
