Easy to use for both administers & users. Fun & new way to collect ideas from a big crowd. We got better ideas from our target group than we've gotten previous years. It's very easy to use. Our target group liked this software very much and we got good feedback about it. One of the best features is the ability to comment on suggestions/ ideas because it enables conversation/ interaction between users and this actually makes the original ideas better. The software is very visual and something different than ordinary questionaries. The customer service we got from Viima was excellent.
