I had trouble setting up an email account - especially on my iPhone. Turned out that the iPhone's instructions that certain information in the account set -up was optional - was not correct. The Crazy Domain phone assistant was excellent in helping me identify this issue and also in patiently and assisting me with the rest of the set-up.
