What makes me a fan of checkster is the data collection process and the new applications for the information obtained there in. The data I'd being applied to retention efforts as well as new hires and allowing businesses the freedom to choose but the wisdom to choose correctly. Checkster allows me to make well informed decisions concerning new hire practices and retention of our own business model.
