Great and cheap VPS. Since I'm in the same country, speeds are great. I have a storage VPS which I use for off-site backups and email hosting. Also, they have a sort of local LAN between servers, you can connect multiple virtual servers to each other without using your bandwidth allowance. Great if you have multiple servers with them, allows sharing of data between servers. I also have a DNS hosting service with the same company (different division, not Time4VPS, but same data center). Using it for many years, no problems whatsoever. However be aware that IIRC they only have one data center. If you live far away from them, speeds can be somewhat slow due to distance.
