They decided with no warning to move my sites to a different data center and they FORGOT to do it then shut off the server my sites were on. When I called their support I was told they wouldn't have anyone at the data center for THREE DAYS to hit a power switch, which is all that had to be done to fix the issue. Ridiculous, unprofessional, and not worth even considering using their services.
