I've been with them for 8 years and they used to be a great company. Performance and uptime has steadily degraded over the past several years-even before they were bought out by EIG. Bottom line: server capacity is very much oversold at this point. If your website happens to actually be up, good luck making use of any server resources, because there won't ever be any available. I recommended them to many ppl in the past, but now I can only warn that you will not be happy-not anymore at least.
