After paying my credit card bill with doxo on 4/18, I get a call from them saying they have not received the payment. It is now 4/27. I had to make another payment to them. I called my bank and the money was taken out. Doxo never sent it. After calling doxos cst service I was more frustrated than ever. Basically I was told they don't refund money. I requested to speak with a supervisor. I was put on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up on. I wish I had read the reviews before I made a payment. I was never late on a payment until I used this company. Beware of them. Go a legitimate route when making payments.
