The wait time for response has gotten completely out of hand. They don't have understanding people making the policies and procedures. They worried about protecting their business when their business was supposed to be helping the community. Now here it is the WORLD is facing some of the most devastating times ever and they decide to change the policy on March 26, 2020. I would not ever recommend nor do business with this company ever again. I will also continue to voice my concern, disgust and disappoint regarding this companies antics during this time. I am just appalled!
