I moved to EZPZ Hosting in October 2016 and have a Reseller 1 hosting account with them. I am not a reseller but use the Web Host Manager (WHM) interface for web development. It allows me to keep my projects separate and orderly. The service is fantastic. I opted for their UK-based SSD Lite-Speed servers. What does that mean? It means really quick and an ultra-reliable service. Only once in all the time I have been with them have I experienced an outage. This was due to a concerted DOS (Denial of Service) attack by hackers on their servers, (the nature of the beast today unfortunately). My sites and data were completely safe and secure and there was only intermittent disruption to the websites. It was completely beyond EZPZ hosting’s control but they handled the incident exceptionally well. The extras, (as standard), on my account include; Let's Encrypt (for inclusive SSL (https://) saving a fortune on buying these certificates separately), web apps, scripts, web-builders, shopping carts, metrics. Literally dozens. Many of hosting companies charge for these extras! My bill has never increased in nearly three years, I use a lot of these extras and a lot of bandwidth. No hidden charges at all. Having been with EZPZ for nearly three years should tell you how much I rate them as a web hosting provider. I have been with many other providers in the past; Hostgator, Bluehost, HostPaPa, Fasthosts and GoDaddy. Most of these webhosting companies charge for many of the extras I have already mentioned so the cost goes up and up the longer you are with them. Support is really good. Only today I contacted support at 11:00hrs GMT with a problem and Stephen gave the resolution at 11:07hrs. Job done in six minutes! This was not using their paid premium support. I have waited up to an hour over the years, but usually within a few minutes, you get help. Providing you are clear with the issue, the help is there quickly. I highly recommend EZPZ Hosting for all projects great and small. I was so pleased with the speed of support today I felt compelled to share my experiences for you. Try them, you will not be disappointed.
