I signed up with Leadpages a few years ago. Initially, I used their services on a regular basis as I was trying to build a membership program for my website. Over the course of time, life got in the way and I didn't really do anything online for the past year or so. Last Monday, I noticed that Leadpages charge my credit card on file the annual subscription, just as usual. I send them a nice email, explaining that I didn't need their service anymore and asked for a refund. I had little to no expectations that they would come through. But they did!! I got a very nice, personal email from a customer representative and a refund was issued within days. And again, the reason why I wanted to discontinue my membership in the first place had nothing to do with their product or service, which I always found extremely use- and helpful. Overall, my experience with Leadpages was highly positive!
