Simply CRM is highly customizable, powerful invoice and report builder tool with multiple modules including adding events to customers calendar, contract, product, project, contact, web forms, campaign and vendor management. If you have a zero technical understanding, you can simply create features using drag and drop functionality. It’s been 4 months now and we have customized all our business processes in Simply. We had an issue at the time of free trial period which was handled by their representative too quickly and extended their support to a non paying customer :) We’ve already decided to proceed and execute all our customer centric tasks using Simply CRM.
