I was directed to use this company, DOXO to pay my Aqua Finance bill. I received notice from Aqua Finance that I am now 4 payments behind and I have used this company for the last 4 payments. It has been taken from my bank account each time but not sent in to the lender that it was supposed to be sent to. Now the kicker is, DOXO has drafted my account for the payment not 1, not 2, but 3 times in a 48 hour period. It was drafted 2 times in one day and then another time the next day. Now I am told by the bank to call the finance company and the finance company says to call DOXO. Do you know how hard it is to reach out to someone at DOXO???? Almost impossible. I need my money put back in my account and for DOXO to pay the money that has been made over the last 4 months to the finance company it was intended to be paid to. This is right at $1400.00 worth of payments that has not been placed in the right place and/or been taken out too many times. This company is a FRAUD.... They take money and don't pay the bill it is intended to be paid to. And it won't let the review go through because the company don't like the truth of a negative review....
