At first glance this company is awesome and has great prices, but I guess you get what you pay for with them and the hosting is hit-or-miss... I had a dedicated server and two VPS's with them and unfortunately only one of the VPS's is working and it takes about 3 days for them to even setup the dedicated server.. overall I was very excited in the beginning when i originally purchased just one VPS, but now that I have added a dedicated server and another VPS it has been nothing but problems and a waste of money. Spent nearly a qaurter of the month waiting for the service to get setup and actually working... Live chat unfortunately doesn't help much but they will be quick to tell you that other hosting providers dont offer live chat so somehow by them having live chat makes them better? I guess it would if they actually provided support through the live chat, instead they will purposefully dlete your chat messages as if they never got the message, I guess they are just hoping you dont see that they deleted the chat.
