"Excellent Lead Generation" What do you like best? The best wishpond feature I've liked up to this point is the customized pop up page that I use on my website landing page. I can create a beautiful pop ups that entice new customer leads.. What do you dislike? the customer service in the Wishpond chat feature online is not great to deal. I would much rather perfer to deal with someone directly through email or on the phone to answer my questions or help with campaigns. I felt the chat customer service reps were not as friendly, and slower to answer you. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lead generation via pop up campaign
