What I found the most refreshing about your Technical Support Service was that you gave me full feedback on the "issue" and had started the "fix" before I had the time to ask. My most recent experience outside of MivaMerchant, is that we were given 1/4 of the four quarters that we needed when we asked and then got to the next step, and have to ask for the next 1/4. You are truly Technical Support people and obviously work for your clients. Thank you.
