Probably the most flexible product on the market. Able to configure a custom configuration based on our unique workflow needs. Didn't have to conform our operations to a rigid solution. Able to learn configuration in-house so didn't have to rely exclusively on professional services. Intellect was willing to add features to the product to meet our project needs. Professional services staff were easy to work with and solution oriented.
