I am a designer myself, and hired AppsChopper for development of my photo editing application, "Absolute Vintage". I shared the design and they coded, tested and published the app on stores. AppsChopper was new in 2011, and the sort of enthusiasm they showed was something that won my heart. The app was developed for Android and iOS platforms. I shared the documented scope and features with their team, which they developed effortlessly.
