Workbooks is a great, cost effective CRM system which is also intuitive to use. It not only gives you all the usual CRM functions you would expect, but also provides "business" functionality, allowing you to manage things like Quotes, Orders, Invoices, Credit Notes & Contracts all within the same system. So it really bridges the gap between your sales & marketing functions and what is really being billed from customers. It is also UK based, owned and supported, with all of your data being held in the UK.
