I switched to Caresmartz from a platform I'd used for over 10 years largely because the scheduling piece was very intuitive and user friendly. I remember seeing a shift that was moved using click and drag-just like you would see on a Google Calendar and I was so impressed. My favorite feature would have to be search! I love being able to quickly search for a client, caregiver, contact, or referral source quickly and easily. Since we've been on the Caresmartz platform we've added payment processing and it's been great for our DSO. Caresmartz's customer service is very responsive and they are taking a great platform and making it better every day!
