"We purchased software and hardware from BCSS four and one half years ago. We were so pleased with the program and the service that we made a second purchase for an additional store in Plainfield, IL in 2013. We have tested several other of the top Consignment Shop programs and know that the BCSS system was the best solution. The reporting, one click backup and user friendly interface is invaluable. The BCSS system has run very smoothly, however when we have needed help for installs or upgrades Joy Archer has been a tremendous help and we've even gotten responses to calls for help on the weekend.
