Excellent Uptime! Easy integration with other systems, great reporting features, and continued improvement No automated pre and post email templates would like the reservation to default to 2 persons as the standard occupancy to save guests a key stroke Have been with Cloudbeds for almost a year now, and their uptime and continued operation has been outstanding. Always plenty of notice for their planned updates and seamless integration between the various components makes this a great value for my operation. Casey in the front office is a great asset to the company!
