What do you like best? The tool is easy to implement. It is easy to learn and understand. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It was a great buy for our Institution. What do you dislike? Some of the IDU standard reports are not very user friendly. There are a few standard functionalities that could be tweaked a bit. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our Institution uses it for budgeting and adhoc reporting. It has simplied and streamlined our budgeting processes.
