What do you like best? IDU is not only a great and easy to use budgeting application, but helps drive day to day ownership of business unit or departmental budgets, cost management, revenue growth and variance reporting by the business unit or department leaders. The team behind IDU, and lead by Kevin Philips, have lived and breathed preparing budgets and have an infinite understanding of what the user requires. What do you dislike? Nothing to dislike! Most great products tend to have poor service - not with IDU ... a great team who are customer centric! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our budget, expense analysis, & variance reporting are supported by IDU's CPM. Benefits have been improved efficiency and improved accuracy in preparing budgets and monthly management account reporting. Furthermore, ownership of business unit budgets has been decentralised.
