Pros: The fact that the system is excel based. I can customize the presentation of the financial information to managers understanding. Cons: The dashboards should allow for more customization to project user beneficial information. The CAPEX budgeting and tracking could be improved. Overall: The benefits of IDU if rolled out properly in the organisation can optimize processes within the Finance office. IDU assists managers in making up to date and informed decisions.
