Not only is everything well laid out, but when I have contacted Jelastic to help me due to my own inexperience I have been absolutely blown away. Very fast replies that have been spot on. I use their Magento Cluster solution and really amazed with the e-commerce features: pre-configured automatic scaling, high availability by means of auto-clustering, a unique pay-as-you-use pricing model. At every stage of the process Jelastic were immediately 'on the ball' with their updates and support. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!
