What do you like best? SuperSaas is flexible, has a lot of customization options and most of all, it has the kind of slot scheduling that we need for scheduling volunteers to staff reception desks, equipment reservations, and room reservations. We also use for workshop reservations and payments. What do you dislike? It has limited reporting. I;d like to see reports, or download of schedules, people enrolled, money collected. Recommendations to others considering the product Get a demo account and set it up to determine if it meets all your needs. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Scheduling equipment, rooms, classes and reception desk volunteers. A unique capability is to allow multiple slots in a timeframe. It allows us to have 2 volunteers signup to fill a timeslot.
