"This system works well for us for the past few years! " What do you like best? Easy to use with reasonable fee or no fee (for less than 50 meetings) What do you dislike? The user interface has not been upgraded for years and it's not that user friendly when come to setting up new resources and categorisation. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it to record and monitor staffs' activities like clients appointments.
