Customer service is top notch. A few small challenges with the software, but they are quick to help Customer service and frequent updates to the software show that they do care about their customers and are continually trying to improve their product. It's easy to use once you've gotten used to it. We are 24/7 and this allows our customers and employees to easily manage billing/scheduling/payments with fairly minimal hassle.
