This product is extremely intuitive. I trained staff in one 30 minute setting. Setting up our platform with question banks and assessments was quick and easy. I was able to upload exams and questions used when testing in our learning management system. Security is spot - on with no cheating scandals associated with the software since implementation. Item analysis is instant after the exam and provides all the statistics needed to quickly review, finalize, then post grades by pushing them to our learning management system grade book. We are super happy about the time we got back after implementation of the product. Reporting features are excellent, available per exam and longitudinally. We were able to tag all of our questions using the Client’s Needs categories and then build our exams using the NCLEX-RN exam blueprint. The blueprint updates in real time. Our board pass rate is 96%! Students love the features such as highlighting and graying out omitted potential answers. ExamSoft is working on new question types to keep up with the new NCLEX question types that measure judgement. Their help desk is very responsive and knowledgable. Overall, our satisfaction is 100%! We implemented an iPad requirement for our students and the students prefer to test on their own devices, we are super happy because we no longer have to fight over the computer labs with the other colleges. ExamSoft does Assessment on Tour mini conferences and will come to your school to provide educational sessions presented by faculty members from various colleges that use this product. This is very beneficial to ensure you are getting the most from this software.
