Pros: - The participants including employees from across all parts of the organization have been very positive about the experience. - It is intuitive and easy to use. - It seems to have been built with ease of use as the main design principle. Great UX. Cons: - Needs improvement on employee reporting for management insight - Lacks documentation but support is very helpful
