Easy to use, fantastic capabilities. Brought order to our manufacturing and purchasing processes. We populated FB with a ton of product related data to speed and simplify quoting processes. The product has allowed the management team to rally around a single source of data which is positively impacting the business. Would like to see tabular format excel report downloads to make analysis easier. Could offer a few more options to drive accounting entries to Quickbooks in an easier to trace fashion. Tremendous value for the money and easy to implement .
