Fishbowl continues to run great for our company! We have been using Fishbowl for over 2.5 years and are still very happy with the performance and ease of use. When we do have any issues, I generally am the person to call Fishbowl Support on the issue. We are located in Illinois so I usually speak with Travis on the Central Team. He is always very polite, helpful, and understands the issues. He is easy to work with and quickly gets assistance from others when needed to resolve the issue at hand.

Our company has been using Fishbowl for over two years now. We continue to be very happy with it's functionality and ease of use. We process a large amount of transactions each day which we export to Quickbooks. The integration with Quickbooks is seamless. In addition, the technical support is always very knowledgeable and helpful. They respond timely to my email requests. I work quite a bit with Travis on the Central Team. He is polite and very helpful. He goes above and beyond to make sure that any issues are taken care of. He even calls to follow up to make sure that the issues have been resolved.
