I have worked with IBS for almost 4 years. The products that they provide has made my job much easier over the years, especially when utilizing the new Real Time feature. The customer service is also some of the best I have ever seen in my 17 years of banking. If the person at the end of the phone is unable to assist, they make sure to find the appropriate person and get back to you, usually within the day.
