This is an amazing system that allows you to track your inventory very well. I believe that it could be even better once we get all the kinks worked out on our end and get all the benefits that we initially purchased up and running. The customer service is great and they can answer about any question you have. The only downfall was that when we first got the software and they sent out a trainer that they didn't really try to listen to how we wanted the software to work with the way we do business. It seemed like they were just teaching us what they have been tought by the book. It was a very in the box training and I feel this is an area they could improve upon. Luckily, we paid for extra training and so that has helped us get through some rough patches. All in all it is a great software for managing your inventory and it was a great decision our company made.
