Crazy Domains migrated my hosting account which has 2 websites and our client databases. They did so without my knowledge 2 days before our automated payments were due to come out (wordpress / woocommerce subscriptions). We had fatal errors for 3 days once it was up the payments would not process the $10,000+ money that we were waiting to be processed. Also the "orders" that were listed to be processed were from 2 months ago. As it stands we are on day 5 and still unable to process any money or get into one of our sites. The response from Crazy Domains is "we are putting it to our administration support team to look at". That was after 3 days of them suggesting that there was a problem with our browser. The 1 star is because at the very minimum they do have phone support available.
