I used InkSoft a few years ago and wasn't very happy with it. I never unsubscribed from their emails (thankfully) and recently noticed that they have been making some big changes. Gave them a call and was blown away by the ease of use. I'm not the most tech savvy guy so I was glad to see that I didn't have to hire some young guy to set it all up or manage it for me. I'm very excited to be back on board. PLUS they do embroidery now which is huge for me. 5 stars for evolving.
