I originally signed up to Cloud4 last year and was very impressed with the service, I however made the mistake of being tempted to migrate to Microsoft's Office 365. The MS platform is a group of fantastic tools badly implemented. I have been so impressed with the service the guys at Cloud4 have given when moving back to their servers. I now recommend Cloud4 hosted services to all our clients when they are looking at replacing their outdated email servers. Microsoft may make fantastic hosted solutions but Cloud4 really know how to implement them.
