I was first introduced to this product in 2011 when researching different options. After trying a number of different systems, both free and paid, I decided to take the risk and go with LiveAgent. Not only was this a surprisingly cost effective option, it was a feature packed option that worked straight out of the box. When I recently moved to Armenia to build up a busy 24/7, multi-language customer service centre, there was no risk and only one choice for me. With over 50 Agents, 12 languages and 50+ partner URLs and around 10,000 chats/tickets per month (and growing), I knew we needed to upgrade from the basic chat app that we had when I first took on this role. I immediately suggested LiveAgent. - Unlimited Agents, a personalised chat design for each partner, email, social media and phone integration via Twilio - it was the all-in-one package we needed and, more than a year later, we still swear by. It's a no-brainer. for the money and the support, there is nothing that even comes close.
