We tested several platforms and LiveAgent gave the best bang for our bucks. It is also surprisingly easy to use and solve problems as their support team speaks fluent english. Would love to see integrations for other phone solutions. Also integrations for other chat platforms such as Whatsapp, Hangouts, Messenger etc. would be nice.
