I've answered almost 20,000 tickets using Live Agent. We have an entire team of agents and multiple departments for two different products. Their online chat support is very fast and efficient. The transition from Zendesk (which was difficult to manage and navigate), was seamless. Live Agent was there to help and answer questions. We're still not using all the functionality, for example the internal knowledge base. But we ARE using the rules and predefined answers, which are both really useful! I cannot think of anything they could 'improve' with their platform. Newbies to the team are up and running in relatively short period of time. If you are using another platform and tired of all the kinks and navigation issues, then check out their free trial before you make the transition. Highly recommend and would never go back.
