LiveAgent is hands down the best customer service management system available. Not only do the features of LiveAgent meet all of the needs for delivering an efficient customer service experience they are consistently improving and expanding the system to do more. Customer support is top notch. I am very happy with the choice to use the system and I recommend it to my clients on a regular basis.
