I have tried many hosting companies and had problems with all of them (crashed websites, lost backup files, downtime, days waiting to hear back from tech support, etc.) but I have had no real problems to speak of since I have been with MyTrueHost. The problems I have incurred were due to my own limited tech skills (not MTH Hosting’s fault), and their tech support team showed me how to fix them right away. The best hosting company I have found.
